Payments

Paying By Credit Card

The City of Delavan is accepting credit card payments for Real & Personal Property Taxes, Water & Sewer Payments, and Moving & Non-moving Violations thru www.GovPayNow.com To obtain more information you may visit their website or call 1-800-272-9829. For phone payments, use Jurisdiction Code 9062. GovPayNow charge a nominal fee for this service. A fee Calculator is available at www.GovPayNow.com to assist in calculating your convenience fee.

Utility Billing Bank Draft (ACH) Application

The automated Utility Billing Bank Draft ACH program is a convenient way to pay a utility bill. The City will automatically draft (debit) the amount of your monthly bill from your bank account, and the customer will enjoy the following benefits:

  • Service is FREE of charge
  • No check to write.
  • No postage to pay.
  • No more trips to City Hall to pay in person.
  • No more late payment fees.

    Water & Sewage Commission

    The Delavan Water & Sewage Commission is the governing body for the Delavan Water & Sewer Utility. The Commission consists of the Mayor, a Council Member selected by the Common Council each April, and three citizen members. The citizen members are appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Common Council and serve three-year terms. The regular meetings of the Commission are on the third Thursday of each month. The meetings are open to the public.

    Employees carry ID

    All employees of the Delavan Water & Sewer Utility have identification cards showing their name and photo.

    If someone from the Delavan Water & Sewer Utility comes to your home to do repairs or to exchange a meter, don’t be embarrassed to ask for their ID. If you’re still concerned, you may call our office at 728-5585 and we will be happy to schedule an appointment to complete the work.
