COVID-19 Update 3/27/2020

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and statewide “Safer at Home” orders, the City is currently denying public access to City Hall.

All business at City Hall should be completed by phone or online. There is a payment drop box outside the front door. Online payments available through

Voters are encouraged to use to request an absentee ballot by mail. The site also allows for online Voter Registration – available until midnight on March 30. Voters may also register at the polls on Election Day.

Voters without Internet access or who have trouble completing the online request for an absentee ballot may send a written request for a ballot to City Clerk, P.O. Box 465, Delavan. Voters also can in-person “early” vote at City Hall if necessary. In-person absentee voting ends Friday, April 3. Please ring the bell at the front doors for access.

Election Day remains scheduled for Tuesday, April 7. Polls will be open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, however all voters are encouraged to vote by absentee ballot.
