2020 is a CENSUS YEAR

2020 is a Census year – statistical data is collected and used to determine the appropriate division of seats in the House of Representatives and votes in the Electoral College, and it provides a basis for apportioning federal funding among the states.

The Census Bureau is required by law to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

For more information, see the U.S. Census Bureau’s website

It is important that our residents participate!

The City is beginning its 10-year update of the Comprehensive Plan. This document provides a guide for decision makers, establishes a vision, goals, objectives, and policies to pursue, and prioritizes future projects.  As part of the kickoff for this project, we need as much public feedback as possible to frame the strategic update to the plan.  We previously provided a questionnaire and priority survey that we encouraged anyone who lives, works, or spends time in the community to fill in.
