Notice that the Assessment Roll is open for Examination and Open Book
City of Delavan, Walworth County, Wisconsin
Pursuant to § 70.45, Wis. Stats, the assessment roll for the Year 2019 assessment will be open for examination starting on the 25th day of May, 2019 at 8:00am., until 4:30pm., Monday through Friday.
Additionally, the assessor shall be available on Friday, May 24, 2019 at the City of Delavan Municipal Building, 123 S Second Street, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm for open book.
Instructional material will be provided at the open book for persons who wish to object to valuations under § 70.47 Wis. Stats.
Notice is hereby given this 6th day of May, 2019.
